Radish and Parmesan Salad

How to Make It

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add spring mix, radishes, and shaved Parmesan cheese; toss to coat.


  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups spring mix
  • 3/4 cup sliced watermelon or other radishes
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
